I'm Kamila,

a trauma-informed somatic coach helping sensitive, empathic women soothe their nervous system and build more capacity to fully enjoy life.

In my practice, I weave together psychotherapeutic techniques, somatic work, play, spirituality and solution-based coaching strategies designed specifically for women and our unique physiology!

 

I support women in creating a life where they feel connected to themselves and others, filling their days with things that make them feel good and building the capacity to move through challenges when they come. I love being their partner in "crime", witnessing their growth in confidence and aliveness as they tap into their innate wisdom, access deeper clarity, and move forward in a life that feels good! I know life can be chaotic and overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be such a struggle. I'm here to make it simple by supporting you every step of the way.

If you are feeling tired or overwhelmed and crave more space for yourself, follow your body’s wisdom and give your self some break. Put on some headphones, close your eyes, and return feeling calm and relaxed. 
🔎 Did you know that during deep meditation, the body can experience a level of rest two to five times deeper than the deepest part of sleep? This means you can feel more rested after a short meditation than after taking a nap.
